The Small Town Culture

When I moved to Vernon from the big city I noticed that many business owners always had their photo on their ads in the local media. At first I didn’t understand this, to be honest I thought it was a bit hoakie actually. That wasn’t the practice in the bigger centres so I brushed it off as “small townish” and carried on with that belief.
